Why does the blog exist?
The Purpose Behind These Writings
These blogs are dedicated to a deep exploration of genuine Gaudiya Vedanta literature, particularly the profound expositions gifted to us by the Ṣaḍ-Gosvāmīs. We will journey through the monumental works like the Sandarbhas of Śrīpāda Jīva Gosvāmī and Gopāla Bhaṭṭa Gosvāmī, the Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu by Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī, and the illuminating commentaries of ācāryas like Śrīpāda Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura, who blessed us with his insights on Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu, Bhagavad-gītā, and presented the jewel of Mādhurya-kādambinī.
This exploration emerges from the traditional Gadādhara parivāra lineage that flows from Gadādhara Paṇḍita Gosvāmī, ensuring our study remains rooted in authentic paramparā understanding.
The Contemporary Challenge
Over the past fifty years, we have witnessed significant deviations in modern Gaudiya Vedanta teachings. The landscape has shifted in concerning ways:
- Preaching has been elevated to the position of primary sādhana within the sampradāya
 - We observe the proliferation of apasampradāyika concepts such as the fall of jīvas from Vaikuṇṭha, inherent bhaktivāda, and the casual ritualistic use of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahāmantra.
 - There has been a dilution of fundamental concepts including guru-śiṣya paramparā, the adhikārī for guru, siddha-deha, the confusion between varṇāśrama dharma with bhakti and what not.

Our Approach: Unlearning to Relearn
Through careful study of various doctrines, it has become evident that unlearning certain deeply embedded concepts is often more crucial than learning new ones. Ideas that have taken root in our understanding must be carefully examined and, when necessary, uprooted before they grow into immovable misconceptions.
Our methodology will follow the classical pūrva-pakṣa and uttara-pakṣa approach—presenting questionable concepts not for the sake of criticism, but purely for the purpose of scholarly examination and clarification. Readers who find this approach unsuitable are welcome to discontinue reading and pursue their spiritual journey elsewhere.
Broader Contextual Understanding
Beyond pure bhakti-śāstra exposition and apa-siddhānta discussions, we will occasionally explore the broader Hindu philosophical landscape. Understanding the roots of our civilization helps us better appreciate our spiritual pursuit. This will include discussions of other darśanas such as Nyāya, Vaiśeṣika, Yoga, and Sāṅkhya when relevant to our primary focus.
Additionally, we feel a responsibility to address certain propagandas that seek to undermine dharmic traditions—such as misrepresentations of practices like kanyādān and satī—which are often weaponized to portray Hindu dharma as inherently discriminatory against women and certain communities. Such misconceptions can create psychological barriers to spiritual practice and deserve scholarly clarification.

A Note on Approach and Engagement
These writings emerge from a student's sincere attempt to understand these concepts and serve Kṛṣṇa and guru through śāstra-vicāra. As a continuing student rather than an established teacher, I am not claiming anything, if someone have any problem they are feel free to press the "back" button and stop worrying.
